So happy! I don't know where, by who or how I got this idea, but I where 100% sure it would work. I made a "sugar cake". It's very common cookie in Sweden and really easy. Just the same as a big muffin and bottom of a cake. Went down to the kitchen and experimented a bit. 40 minutes later I got this lovely from the rice cooker. Soft and sweet. Got much compliment by it from the others in the guesthouse, made me so happy.When It’s my 21 birthday I'm so gonna make my own a cake.
